Your appointment at Darissa is reserved especially for you and by making a booking with Darissa, you agree to the terms and conditions detailed below.
PRICES & TREATMENTS
We reserve the right to make changes in the content of the treatment and to the prices but will aim to honour the type and/or price of the treatment if a booking is already confirmed.
All payments are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled by Darissa.
As you can appreciate colour appointments are lengthy treatments, taking a minimum of two hours. All colour treatments require a 50% non-refundable deposit/booking fee, paid electronically, to secure your appointment. This must be paid in advance of the confirmation of booking.
Please see “Cancellations” for further info on deposits being held on account.
Clients who have not had a colour service before or have not had colour service at Darissa for over 6 months, will require a skin test, due to health and safety regulations.
All colours treatments require a skin test and consultation at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Please note: Skin tests are a mandatory requirement, therefore colour treatments will NOT be carried out without a skin test.
We understand that sometimes things are out of your control and that your circumstances can change at the last minute. Therefore, we respectfully request, that you give us at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling your appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or for any “No-shows”, will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount and where deposits/booking fees paid, this will be forfeited. Another fee will then be payable when making a further appointment.
Should you have to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be held on account for a period of three months and transferred to your next appointment. This is subject to you providing us with the 24 hours’ notice or more before the appointment booked and amendment/cancellation is given.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. Please refer to “cancellations” for further info on deposits being held on account.
All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show”. Consequently, you will then be charged 50% of the service amount.
